Our Easy Stick is:
- Perfect for those who hate to hoop
- Great for fabrics damaged by water or crushed in hoops like velvet, silk, and velour
- Perfect for items that are too small to hoop like cuffs, collars, button holes, and socks
- Medium weight tearaway that tears cleanly yet holds stitches securely
- Adhesive holds firmly, yet items can be easily re-positioned
- Designed for little or no gummy residue on needles and hoops.
- Leaves no sticky residue on the item stitched
Instructions:
- Cut a piece of Easy Stick a little larger than your hoop.
- Secure the Easy Stick to the hoop in one of 2 ways:
- Hoop the stabilizer tautly with the release liner facing up. Then score or cut the liner and pull it away, exposing the adhesive.
- Remove the release liner and firmly press the hoop onto the Easy Stick. Use just the part of the hoop that attaches to the machine. If the item is heavy, it may be necessary to wrap the ends onto the sides or top.
- Lay item to be embroidered on top of the adhesive and smooth out any wrinkles.
- While securely holding nearby stitches and backing, carefully tear away excess stabilizer.
- For best results, remove the excess Easy Stick shortly after stitching.
